SpongeBob and Patrick get new slide whistles and keep playing them, and SpongeBob and Patrick always annoy Squidward so Squidward gets "SO" annoyed by them, so he steals one from them and "Shows Them How They Like It". So when Spongebob announces the he's A "Great" Slide Whistler, he keeps playing it and they all play them and dance to them. But then Squidward starts to annoy the Bikini Bottomites by playing the slide whistle in annoying ways. As Squidward is running away from the Bikini Bottomites, he falls down a mountain and gets the slide whistle stuck in his throat. The doctor's however do not have the ability to remove the whistle. So they just leave it there and Spongebob and Patrick start to play their whistles around the hospital.
