Goo Lagoon is the local beach for Bikini Bottom residents.
Goo Lagoon is both for leisure and for sports. Most fish would be swimming, surfing or perhaps even jogging.

Larry is a regular visitor to Goo Lagoon. He is also a life guard there, protecting dangered citizens from the rough water. Sometimes he will be seen doing extreme sports, or perhaps lifting weights.

SpongeBob and Patrick are often seen at Goo Lagoon, whether they be there for the water or just to hang out and have fun.
